"Good things happen when you feel secure."

It all started in March 2018 when we, a group of passionate students set out to revamp the video surveillance industry by launching our own start-up called CamCann. We realise that today’s surveillance systems are just vision based and not domain specific. So, we provided seamless solutions to enhance the current technology.

Keeping an eye on retail market and the problems faced by it, we have been working on it since past 6 months. We have been validating our idea with many industrial experts and have demonstrated the prototype to them as well.

HACKERTECH

Recently, our team took part in HackerTech, which is a 36 hour hack, conducted by E-Cell VIT along with the Business Incubator-VIT, where we achieved laurels in terms of getting the following prizes:

  1. Best Team along with a cash prize of Rs 20,000
  2. Best Presentation
  3. Most Innovative Idea
  4. Pre Incubation from VIT-TBI of Rs. 1,00,000

CAMPAIGN

WHAT DO WE EXPECT?

Our primary goal at this moment is to gain funding for incubation in an accelerator and Hardware prototype development.

We believe that this idea of ours has got a huge potential within the domestic as well as the international market. We are looking out for crowd funding so as to invest it in research and development and then come up with an efficient hardware prototype accurate prototype.
In parallel, we are also looking for incubation in an accelerator and your contribution will definitely add a significant role in it.
